A 7-Course Love Letter to September

Chef Murat Erginay

A year ago, Chef Murat Erginay took over Florette’s kitchen for 2 days with a menu inspired by the flavours he grew up with in Turkey. It sold out quickly with rave reviews, so we knew we had to run it back this year.

At the time, he had just finished a stint as Sous Chef at the Michelin-recommended tasting menu destination Ten. He’s since joined the kitchen team at Bar Prima, just down the block from us.

Chef Murat has always been inspired by chefs that work wonders with seasonal produce. In Ontario, one of the best times of year for this is the late summer harvest.

Join us as summer turns over to fall, for a 7-course love letter to September.
